Joshua Snavely is an attorney and Ivy League-trained cybersecurity and privacy expert who advises organizations on technology strategy, compliance, risk management, and incident response. As a co-leader of the firm's Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Group, he focuses on business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience planning, with deep experience navigating data protection, risk, cyber-incidents, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies. A nationally recognized thought leader, Joshua has spoken at leading cybersecurity and homeland security forums such as RSA Conferences, the ABA Homeland Security Law Institute, and roundtables at the Aspen Institute and CSIS. His career includes senior leadership roles in higher education, service on national cybersecurity initiatives, and the launch of cybersecurity programs at multiple universities, where he also teaches Cybersecurity law.
