Program Description:
Sean will discuss Regent Bank's remarkable growth story, and the challenges of balancing a caring corporate culture, strong internal controls and living out your core values while growing very rapidly. Sean's humor, transparency and openness make him a very popular leadership speaker, and he will provide you with some very actionable takeaways to take your organization to greater heights.
Key Takeaways:
1. It is possible to experience rapid growth and maintain a strong culture at the same time.
2. Employees today are seeking a greater purpose in their work.
3. Strong integration of core values can minimize day-to-day management issues.
4. A values-based company must always take the high road and be above reproach in all ethical matters.
5. Leaders must take time to be grateful for how far their organization has progressed instead of always pushing toward the future.
